Who can access Bairns Rewards+?
Bairns Rewards+ is available to all Falkirk FC supporters, and it is completely free to season ticket holders.
How do I access the platform?
You can access Bairns Rewards+ by following this link, and logging in or signing up. If you are a season ticket holder, you will receive a unique access code via email. If you have not received your access code, please contact commercial@falkirkfc.co.uk
Is Bairns Rewards+ free?
If you are a Falkirk FC 2025/26 season ticket holder, great news – you get free access!
If you are not a season ticket holder, you can still join via a paid membership. You can see all pricing options here.
How do the discounts work?
Once you are logged in, you’ll see a list of available offers. Each offer will explain exactly how to redeem it, for example by showing a code in-store, using an online code, or following a specific redemption link.
Do I need to use all the offers at once?
Nope! You can use offers whenever you like, as often as the partner allows. Each offer will clearly state any limits or expiry dates, so that you know how long you have to use them.
Are the offers only from local businesses?
Many of our partners are fantastic local and regional businesses, but there are also some national offers too. New partners are added all the time, so it’s worth checking back regularly.
How often are new offers added?
We add new offers regularly, and we’re always on the lookout for great new partners. We’ll let you know whenever there’s something new to enjoy.
I’m a season ticket holder but didn’t receive my access code. What should I do?
First, check your junk or spam folder. If you still can’t find it, contact the club at commercial@falkirkfc.co.uk directly so they can resend or check your details.
I’m having trouble logging in or accessing an offer.
If something isn’t working, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If the issue continues, contact the support team at lsimpson@tmasport.com

Does Falkirk FC share my data with partners?
Your personal data is handled in line with data protection regulations, and partners only receive information required to redeem offers, where applicable. Full details are available in the platform’s privacy policy.
Can businesses join Bairns Rewards+ as a partner?
We are always looking for fantastic new partners to join Bairns Rewards+. Businesses interested in offering discounts to Falkirk FC supporters can get in touch with the club or the platform team by emailing esutherland@tmasport.com
Do I need to download an app to use Bairns Rewards+?
Bairns Rewards+ is web-based and can be accessed through your browser on your phone, tablet, or computer.
Can I use Bairns Rewards+ on my phone while I’m out and about?
Absolutely! The platform is mobile-friendly and designed to be used on the go, including in-store.
What happens if an offer doesn’t work in-store or online?
Each offer includes instructions on how to redeem it. If an issue comes up, speak to the business directly first. If it still can’t be resolved, contact us at esutherland@tmasport.com
Do offers have expiry dates?
No! All offers will clearly show if they have an expiry date or usage limits, but many of the very generous Bairns Rewards+ partners have extended their offers with no expiration dates. So keep coming back for more of the great stuff they have to offer.
Can offers be withdrawn?
Occasionally offers may change or be removed. The platform will always show the most up-to-date offers.
Can I share my access or discount codes with someone else?
No. Access and codes are for individual use only and should not be shared.
What happens if I lose or delete my access email?
Don’t worry! You can request the email to be resent by contacting commercial@falkirkfc.co.uk or following the instructions on the platform.
Can I access Bairns Rewards+ if I’m not a season ticket holder?
Absolutely! Anyone can join Bairns Rewards+. If you’re not a season ticket holder, you can join by paying a small monthly fee, or save a bit by paying annually and getting two months free. Follow this link to check out the pricing options.
Will I be charged automatically at any point?
You will never be charged without being told and asked to confirm first.
Can I cancel my membership if I no longer want it?
We’d hate to see you go, but you can easily cancel any membership by heading to account – my membership – and scrolling down to “cancel next renewal”.
Will Falkirk FC contact me more often if I join?
Falkirk FC may share updates about new offers or platform changes, but communication will always follow the club’s normal contact preferences.
Can I suggest a business I’d like to see included?
Of course! Supporters are encouraged to suggest businesses they’d like to see on the platform. Please share this feedback with us esutherland@tmasport.com
