Falkirk Football Club is delighted to announce that Brad Spencer has signed a contract extension until 2028.
Our talismanic midfielder this morning penned a new deal that sees him stay with The Bairns until the summer of 2028, with the option to extend for a further year.
Brad joined Falkirk in June 2023 and has gone on to become an integral part of John McGlynn’s back-to-back champions. He scored the goal that made us invincible in 2024, and stepped up as stand-in captain for most of the 2024/25 Championship winning season, a campaign that saw him named PFA Championship Player of the Year.
Manager, John McGlynn, spoke on Brad extending:
“It’s great news for every Falkirk fan that Brad has extended his contract. It shows his commitment to the football club. Brad’s been outstanding from the moment he walked in the door, he’s been a key player on the pitch, and he’s been amazing off the pitch as well. He’s taken on a lot more responsibility since Coll Donaldson has been out injured, and has stepped up.
“He played every minute of every game last season, but you can see the difference when he isn’t there. He’s a key member of the squad and we’re absolutely delighted that he’s committed to the club and we’re looking forward to working wit him over the next few years.”
