Falkirk FC is delighted to announce that Ethan Ross has signed a two-year contract extension! The winger put pen to paper this afternoon, signing the deal that keeps him at The Falkirk Stadium until June 2027.
The forward has been in fine form this season after returning to the club permanently in the summer, following a loan spell last season.
Ethan has proved integral to Falkirk’s tremendous start to life back in the Championship, featuring in every game so far this season and scoring five goals in all competitions in the process. His performances haven’t gone unnoticed either, with the 23-year-old being named William Hill Championship Player of the Month for October.
John McGlynn commented on Ethan’s extension:
“I’m delighted that he’s extended his contract. He’s been doing exceptionally well, he’s on fire, and the timing was right to try and get him tied down. He came here last season and was on the periphery, showing bits and pieces of what he could do. He’s had an extended run in the team this season and he’s absolutely flying. He’s enjoying his football, he’s loving being here, he likes the squad of players, the management team and the backroom staff. He’s delighted to be here and we’re hoping he’s going to score more goals and create more assists, which he’s certainly been doing this season.”
