As we near Falkirk Football Club’s 150th year, the Falkirk Heritage Trust is looking for volunteers to help with the excellent work they do for the club. The Trust is a registered charity and, since 2020, has been actively engaged in preserving and promoting several aspects of the club’s history. They have produced historical books, digitised minute books from the early years, and played a leading role in revamping the Heritage Trail in the stadium.
The second volume of the club’s history will be published in late 2026 and it is hoped to complete the Heritage Trail on the ground floor of the stadium.
Falkirk supporters are welcome to help the trust develop the activities that have so far proved successful and extend these to cover school resources and family tree enquiries, as well as digitising a vast range of newspaper and magazine articles and photographs.
There is also a diverse collection of matchday programmes that have been kindly donated by supporters and their families. These need to be catalogued to be made accessible to researchers.
If you would like to help the trust in its work, please let us know by e-mailing ffcheritage@gmail.com
