Season Ticket Holders can now opt into the ticket ballot for our away fixture against Heart of Midlothian FC on the 13th of May.
All Season Ticket Holders who are looking to participate in the ballot must opt in to do so. Supporters should receive the link to the ballot by email before 5pm this evening.
Any Season Ticket holder who does not receive this email should first check the spam folder of their email address, and if they still have not received their link email supporterservices@falkirkfc.co.uk.
When opting in, Season Ticket Holders have the option of also opting in a family member or friend, who must also be a Season Ticket Holder, so that if successful both will receive a ticket. Your family member or friend can still opt in for themselves; however an individual can only be successful in the ballot once.
Season Ticket Holders have until 11pm on Tuesday the 28th of April to opt in, after which the draw will be made, and Season Ticket Holders will be contacted to update them on their application.
Please remember the following changes to our ballot process that were brought in ahead of our last trip to Tynecastle:
– Supporters who enter a ballot will be contacted after to inform them of the outcome on Wednesday the 29th of April, regardless of whether their application has been successful.
– Those successful will be deprioritised in the next ballot, so as many supporters as possible can attend balloted fixtures.
– Tickets must be paid for and collected one week before the match, the 6th of May.
– Anyone successful in the ballot who fails to collect and pay for their tickets without contacting the club will be blocked from future ballots.
– Anyone successful in the ballot who fails to collect and pay for their tickets without contacting the club will be blocked from future ballots until the end of the season.
