As a fan-owned club, we have prioritised fan growth and affordability when setting next season’s Premiership season tickets and gate prices. We understand that the most important aspect of supporting your club is being able to go to games with your friends and family.
However, it is also essential that we deliver the very best budget for the manager, to ensure that we can compete and thrive in the top flight.
Therefore, to ensure that the club maximises commercial income the following mitigations will be introduced next season:
SPOT CHECKS
Spot checks will be in place outside the turnstiles before each game. Any supporter identified as having the wrong category ticket will have their details taken and will be required to upgrade immediately to the correct category in the club shop. Failure to do so will result in the season ticket or match ticket being suspended. Please therefore ensure that you purchase the correct category of ticket relevant to your age.
UNDER-12 USAGE
The club will be closely monitoring free U12 season ticket usage. Any individual who does not attend 5 games in a row will be contacted so the club can understand why the ticket is not being used. If the club believes that the season ticket is not being used properly the user will the have the option to pay for the season ticket or return it back to the club for sale. We therefore encourage supporter’s to ONLY take a free U12 season ticket if the U12 will be attending games regularly. Supporters also have the option to purchase a U12 season ticket if the child’s attendance is likely to be irregular.
A reminder to all supporters that you can top up your season ticket with a donation to the managers fund, if you can afford it.
