The club is pleased to announce that Jack Traynor has joined the backroom staff as our new Events, Marketing and Fundraising Manager.
Jack becomes the latest addition to the Commercial Department following a club staff restructure.
With an extensive background in live entertainment and event management, Jack joins with a wealth of experience, having previously been Assistant Ticketing Manager at the SEC. He spent 10 years with SEC, working hundreds of huge live events at the Hydro.
Jack’s new role at the club will see him take charge of all club events and event spaces, including the YES Hire Fanzone and the Brockville Bar, as well as overseeing all fundraising and event marketing.
Jack said of his new role:
“As a lifelong Falkirk supporter, this is a role that means a great deal to me personally. Some of my earliest memories are of coming to matches with my Grandfather and Dad, and now I get to enjoy the games with my young nephews. Falkirk FC has been a constant part of my life for years.
“To now have the opportunity to work for Falkirk FC, and help contribute to the club off the pitch, is something I’m incredibly proud of. Over the past few weeks I’ve already seen first hand the passion, hard work, and ambition that exists throughout the club, and it has made me even more excited for what’s ahead.
“My focus will be on creating events and experiences that bring people together, strengthen our connection with supporters and the local community, and help make the Falkirk Stadium a place people want to visit all year round, not just on matchdays. I want to create a venue that the whole town can be proud of, a hub for all of Falkirk to enjoy events, support the club, and create memories that will last.
“A huge thank you to everyone who has welcomed me so far. I’m looking forward to getting stuck in, learning from those around me, and hopefully playing a small part in helping the club continue to move forward.
“‘Mon the Bairns!”
