We are delighted to welcome John Wright to the board of Falkirk Football Club.
After accepting the nomination by Falkirk Supporters’ Society’s members last week John was ratified by the Board of Directors at Monday night’s Board Meeting.
John joins Nigel Serafini as an elected director representing our supporters.
A lifelong Bairn born in raised in the shadow of Brockville, John had a successful career in the public and private sectors including local government, the oil industry, the NHS and ran his own IT consultancy, before retiring recently. John has also been volunteering at the club, helping the Commercial Team, reviewing IT systems and generating ideas to increase income.
John Wright said:
“I believe passionately in wider fan participation that the FSS is striving for. Falkirk fans have a window of opportunity to turn our club around and are succeeding. I am acutely aware of the challenges our club faces and want to play my part as a Director to ensure Falkirk FC not only survives but also thrives.”
