SEASON TICKET FAQ’S 2026-27

Make sure you have checked spam/junk folders firstly, if still no email has been received, email supporterservices@falkirkfc.co.uk with season ticket holder name, stand and seat number (if applicable) and also the email address linked to your account, the team will then resend this to you.

Yes, existing Season Ticket holders can renew and keep their own seat (Main stand) at Early Bird prices until 30th May 2026 at 1pm.

No, due to all Main Stand and KM Stand areas being at capacity we would advise all current season holders to renew the stand that they are currently in to guarantee a seat at The Falkirk Stadium for Season 2026/27.

If any seats are not renewed these will be available soon after the end of the renewal period, this will be announced on club channels closer to the time. Please note that this will only be able to be done over the phone by calling 01324 624121 or in person in the Club Shop, supporters are unable to change their season ticket seats online themselves.

North Stand Season Tickets are currently on sale at Early Bird prices to all fans HERE. A general sale of available Season Tickets across all stands will commence on Wednesday 3rd June 2026 at 9.30am both online HERE and in person in our Ticket Office.

Yes! Despite selling out most home games in our first season back in the Premiership, free tickets for under-12s will continue thanks to the generous support of our Official Community Partner, Your Equipment Solutions. Adults can claim a maximum of two free Season Tickets for Under-12’s, or can choose to pay for them. To protect the integrity of our YES U12s Go Free Initiative, all under 12 season tickets will require an age verification process. When renewing on Total Tickets, you must tick a box confirming that you are happy to provide proof of age if requested to verify eligibility for an U12 ticket. To qualify for an Under-12 category the child must still be Under-12 after 31st December 2026. Usage of free Season Tickets will be monitored throughout the season.

Increased spot checks will again be present throughout the 2026/27 season to ensure concession and other reduced-price tickets are only held by those entitled to use them.

The club has also launched our Pitch Fund, offering fans the option to support fundraising for a new hybrid pitch and training ground. As Falkirk supporters are aware, the SPFL mandated that Premiership clubs can no longer use artificial surfaces. Falkirk FC secured a one-year grace period meaning that the new pitch must be installed at the end of season 2026/27. The Pitch Fund will replace the Manager’s Fund from previous years.

At the point of check out for Season Tickets, supporters will be able to donate and support this crucial fundraising activity. There is also a standalone donation option on Total Tickets, allowing supporters to make donations at any time, which can be accessed by clicking here.

If you have renewed the same stand/seat and package your existing card is reactivated. If you have changed package, ie from an Under-18 to an adult, or changed stand or seat, a new card would be required which can be obtained from the Ticket Office. Alternatively, you can download the Falkirk FC app.

The Falkirk FC app can be downloaded from the app store, log in using the email address linked to your Season Ticket account, click Member Cards at the bottom right of the page and this is a digital version of your card that can be scanned at turnstiles.
