Falkirk FC would like to thank Taleka for enabling us to host our first-ever virtual AGM.
Covid restrictions prohibited our usual face to face meeting, but last week over 120 shareholders joined our directors and First Team Managers at the virtual AGM to receive an update on the status of the club.
Taleka facilitated a seamless experience for all involved using Cisco Webex Events. Behind the scenes they set up the boardroom and the managers room for video conferencing and enabled a Q&A session hosted by an external journalist.
On the night the Taleka team coordinated the panellists, presentations, video content and the Q&A as well as being on hand in case of any technical issues.
The event went without a hitch!

“We were absolutely delighted with how the technical aspects of the AGM were handled and we would like to thank Taleka for providing an incredible service. We couldn’t have done it without them, and they did a terrific job in helping our shareholders take part in our AGM.
It obviously was not how we wanted to hold the meeting but Taleka allowed us to get as close to having everyone in the same room as we possibly could.”
