Falkirk Football Club can confirm that Tom Lang has joined Scottish Championship side Arbroath on a loan deal until the end of the season.
Joining the club in June 2023, the central defender was an integral part of Falkirk’s invincible League 1, and Championship winning squad, turning out 47 times for The Bairns, scoring seven times in the process.
The 28-year-old heads to Gayfield to join a high-flying Arbroath team that is gunning for Premiership promotion.
John McGlynn commented on Tom’s loan:
“Tom has unfortunately had too many injuries, but he’s back now and trained for a couple of weeks and hopefully get’s some good game time between now and the end of the season.
“Arbroath are doing exceptionally well, hopefully he’ll be playing in the play-offs. It’s great for Tom, he needs to be playing football.”
Everyone at Falkirk Football Club wishes Tom all the very best for his time at Arbroath and we look forward to welcoming him back in the summer.
All the best, Tom!
